You should press charges, Jeff. There are pretty harsh legal penalties for making death threats online. You need more then a screencap though. Use a web archive. Some of them can access facebook.

There are a shitload of "Narcho-Communist" kids now that want to beat my ass because I told a girl I would shoot her friends if they came onto my property to try to hurt me after THEY threatened to shoot and stab me. It looks like they wanna take the legal battle now because I already gave them my adress and they didn't do anything.


But yea, Jrunk, the authorities have already been contacted and I have an actual unedited archive and Facebook can pull up the original threat at any time. They will probably slap the wigger with a warning because thats what they do to kids like that, but its whatever.

I say you press charges, because technically you don't have the right to threaten someone, if you do basically there is a huge chance you'll get arressted for saying that. Like in school I can't say shit bout, ohh I want to murder obama but ima send a hit man, I got a warning for saying that, next time I say it a teacher will report me... So yeah press charges.
